Rallye Entry Form

Please fill out the form below to apply to participate as a driver in the 3rd Annual Arizona Rising Sun Rallye. To be considered, your vehicle must be of Japanese make and have a model year of 2005 or older. All entry vehicles must be roadworthy, licensed and insured at the time of the event. If your vehicle is chosen to participate, you (and your co-driver, if applicable) will be required to sign a waiver agreeing to the event rules and regulations.
